You retain full, exclusive ownership of any QR code graphics you generate using this site. You are completely free to use your downloaded QR codes for both **commercial and personal purposes** without royalty fees, attribution requirements, or restrictions of any kind.
1. License & Acceptance
By accessing and using QRNoSignup.com, you agree to comply with these terms. We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use our interface to generate, customize, and export static QR codes.
2. Fair & Lawful Usage
You agree not to use our tool to generate QR codes that encode links to malicious content, phishing pages, spyware, malware, or illegal materials. As the generation processes entirely on your client device, you assume sole legal responsibility for the data you encode and the destination materials you link to.
3. No Expiration Guarantee
Since QRNoSignup generates static QR codes, the encoded destination data is written directly into the pixel arrangement of the image. There is no redirection mechanism or server intermediary involved. Consequently, we cannot disable, expire, modify, or intercept your QR codes. Once downloaded, they belong entirely to you and will scan forever (or as long as the target content remains active).

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or printing costs incurred as a result of scanning or using generated QR codes. Always test your codes with multiple devices before production printing.
